At Outdoor Art Print, we are committed to turning your adventures into beautiful art and getting it to you quickly and safely.
1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to customers worldwide. We have predefined shipping services for the following countries:
- Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States.
- For all other countries, shipping options and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to all countries.
3. Order Processing Time (Handling)
This is the time it takes for us to print, frame (if applicable), quality-check, and package your custom art print before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Standard Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Please note: Custom design requests or high-volume periods may occasionally extend this time. We will notify you via email if we expect any delays.
4. Shipping Transit Time
This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the package once it has left our facility.

Estimated Transit Time: 2 to 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
5. Total Delivery Time
The estimated total time from when you place your order to delivery is the sum of Processing Time and Transit Time:
Total Estimated Delivery: 3 to 8 Business Days
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
7. International Orders, Customs, & Duties
For international orders outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@outdoorartprint.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may involve sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.
